This part 2 shall be known and may be cited as the 'Business Enterprise Program Act'.Amended and relocated from former section 26-8.5-100.1 by 2015 Ch. 160, § 2, eff. 7/1/2016.This section is similar to former § 26-8.5-100.1 as it existed prior to 2016.
