Colorado Legal Code
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) and (2) Repealed.(3) 'Director' means the director of the division of labor standards and statistics.(4) 'Division' means the division of labor standards and statistics in the department of labor and employment.(5) 'Minor' means any person of either sex under the age of eighteen years.(6) 'Occupation' means every vocation, trade, pursuit, and industry.(7) Repealed.Amended by 2016 Ch. 131, § 12, eff. 8/10/2016.L. 17: pp. 380, 382, §§ 2, 5, 7.
