§ 8-7-5-107

This article 7.5 is repealed, effective September 1, 2029. Before the repeal, the board is scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.Added by 2023 Ch. 362,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2023.2023 Ch. 362, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
