Section 8-9-102 - Copies to be given employer and assignor

No assignment of wages shall be valid or enforceable unless a copy of the assignment is given or mailed by registered mail to the employer within five days after its execution and a copy of the assignment given to the wage earner making the assignment.L. 49: p. 232, § 4.
