L. 2012: Entire part repealed, (HB 12-1120), ch. 27, p. 103, § 7, effective June 1.(1) The effective date for the repeal of this part 2 by House Bill 12-1120 (chapter 27, Session Laws of Colorado 2012) was changed from August 8, 2012, to June 1, 2012, by House Bill 12S-1002 (First Extraordinary Session, chapter 2, p. 2432, Session Laws of Colorado 2012).(2) This part 2 was added in 2000. For amendments to this part 2 prior to its repeal in 2012, consult the 2011 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume. This part 2 was relocated to part 1 of article 83 of this title. Former C.R.S. section numbers are shown in editor's notes following those sections that were relocated. For current provisions relating to workforce investment, see part 2 of article 83 of this title 8.
