The director of the division shall determine what information should be made public in order to carry out the provisions of articles 70 to 82 of this title. Materials of the division circulated in quantity outside the executive branch shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136, C.R.S.L. 36, 3rd Ex. Sess.: p. 35, § 11.
