Section 8-76-109 - Payments in lieu of premiums by state hospitals and state institutions of higher education

State hospitals and state institutions of higher education as defined in section 8-70-103(14) and (15) may elect to make reimbursements in lieu of premiums as provided for nonprofit organizations in section 8-76-110(1) to (3) and (5).L. 71: p. 938, § 15.
