§ 9-1-3-101

(1) This article was added in 1989.(2) Section 9-1.3-106 provided for the repeal of this article, effective September 1, 2016. (See L. 2014, pp. 1878, 1880.) For current provisions regarding low-efficiency plumbing fixtures and water and energy efficiency standards, see article 7.5 of title 6.
