Section 9-1-106 - Loss of life - penalty

If any lives are lost by reason of the willful negligence and failure to observe the provisions of this article, the person through whose default such loss of life was occasioned commits a class 6 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.G.L. § 117.
