If any person, partnership, or corporation violates any of the provisions of sections 9-6-105 and 9-6-106, such person, the members of such partnership, or the officers or agents of such corporation commit a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462,§ 105, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 1887: p. 279, § 3.
