On and after January 1, 1999, the Office of State Ethics shall make all computerized data from financial reports required by section 1-96 available to the public through (1) a computer terminal in the office of the Office of State Ethics, and (2) the Internet or any other generally available on-line computer network.(June 18 Sp.
