Sections 1-65aa to 1-65hh, inclusive, modify, limit and supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC Section 7001, et seq., except that nothing in sections 1-65aa to 1-65hh, inclusive, modifies, limits or supersedes Section 101(c) of said act, 15 USC Section 7001(c), or authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of said act, 15 USC Section 7003(b).(P.A. 10-33, S. 8.)
