On and after September 1, 2022, the State Board of Education shall not approve any educator preparation program until the Office of Dyslexia and Reading Disabilities, established pursuant to section 10-14z, completes the compliance verification required pursuant to section 10-14aa.(P.A. 21-168, S. 3.)History: P.A. 21-168 effective July 1, 2021.
