§ 10-63j

Representation as used in subsection (a) of section 10-46 and in sections 10-63j to 10-63t, inclusive, means the composition of the regional board of education, the number and manner of election of its members from the several towns constituting a regional school district and the voting power of each member of the regional board of education.(P.A. 75-644, S. 1, 14; P.A. 77-614, S. 302, 610; P.A. 78-218, S. 41.)History: P.A. 77-614 substituted commissioner of education for secretary of the state board of education, effective January 1, 1979; P.A. 78-218 deleted Subsec.
