§ 10-63r

After a plan of representation has been established pursuant to subsection (a) of section 10-46 and sections 10-63j to 10-63t, inclusive, the legislative bodies of the towns in a regional school district may appoint a regional school reapportionment committee in accordance with the provisions of said sections and a new plan of representation on the regional school board of education may be established in accordance with the provisions of said sections.(P.A. 75-644, S. 9, 14; P.A. 85-613, S. 93, 154.)History: P.A. 85-613 made technical change, substituting reference to Sec. 10-63t for reference to Sec. 10-63u.
