Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special act or any compact adopted by referenda to establish a regional school district, the provisions of subsection (a) of section 10-46 and sections 10-63j to 10-63t, inclusive, shall apply to any regional school district in existence on April 21, 1976.(P.A. 75-644, S. 12, 14; P.A. 78-218, S. 46.)History: P.A. 78-218 substituted Sec. 10-63t for reference to repealed Sec. 10-63u and replaced 'the date specified in Sec. 10-63u' with 'April 21, 1976'.
