The Department of Education shall, annually, publish a report on all of the best practices reported by governing councils of charter schools pursuant to subdivision (5) of subsection (b) of section 10-66cc and distribute a copy of such report to each public school superintendent and the governing council of each charter school.(P.A. 05-245, S. 22.)History: P.A. 05-245 effective July 1, 2005.
