(a) The Department of Education shall enter into memoranda of understanding with the Office of Early Childhood and the Departments of Developmental Services, Aging and Disability Services, Children and Families, Social Services and Correction regarding the provision of special education and related services to children, including, but not limited to, education, health care, transition resources, transition services and public transition programs, as those terms are defined in section 10-74o.
