There is established a fund to be known as the 'Educational Excellence Trust Fund'. Moneys deposited in the fund shall be held by the Treasurer separate and apart from all other moneys, funds and accounts. Investment earnings credited to the fund shall become part of the fund. Amounts in the fund shall be expended only pursuant to appropriations by the General Assembly and for the purpose of fostering the professional development and excellence of the teachers of the state.(P.A. 85-554, S. 1, 6.)Cited. 216 C. 253.
