Any municipality exempted from the provisions of this chapter shall be reimbursed in July of each year for retirement benefits paid by the municipality to a teacher retired by the municipality. The employer of the retired teacher shall certify under oath to the board the amount of the retirement benefit. The amount of the reimbursement shall be determined by the board.(P.A. 78-208, S. 18, 35.)
