Unless otherwise requested by the recipient, any pension payment made under section 10-183c shall be made by electronic direct deposit to the recipient's account in a bank, Connecticut credit union or federal credit union that has agreed to accept such payment.(P.A. 11-48, S. 36.)History: P.A. 11-48 effective July 1, 2011.
