Connecticut Title 10 — Connecticut law

Any person who employs a child under fourteen years of age during the hours while the school which such child should attend is in session, and any person who authorizes or permits on premises under his or her control any such child to be so employed, shall be fined not more than twenty dollars for each week in which such child is so employed.(1949 Rev., S. 1458; P.A. 78-218, S. 125.)History: P.A. 78-218 amended section to include feminine personal pronoun.
