For the school year commencing July 1, 2017, and each school year thereafter, each local and regional board of education shall complete the Health Services Program Information Survey and submit the survey to the Department of Education, in a form and manner prescribed by the department.(P.A. 17-68, S. 13.)History: P.A. 17-68 effective July 1, 2017.
