The Commissioner of Education shall make available to each local or regional school district a list of carcinogenic substances as defined in section 19a-329, potential human carcinogens as determined by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the National Toxicology Program of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and toxic substances which have been identified as an air contaminant under the Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 29, Chapter XVII, Subpart 2, Section 1910.1000.(P.A. 88-308, S. 4.)
