Each local and regional board of education, in collaboration with the Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut, shall develop a plan to align Connecticut's common core state standards with college level programs at Connecticut public institutions of higher education not later than one year after Connecticut first implements said standards.(June 12 Sp.
