Not later than December 31, 2024, and each December thirty-first thereafter, the Department of Education shall calculate an estimated amount that each town may receive under the provisions of section 10-262h, for the next fiscal year using data collected during the current fiscal year, and notify each such town of such estimated amount.(P.A. 24-93, S. 10.)History: P.A. 24-93 effective June 4, 2024.
