Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner of Administrative Services may waive any audit deficiencies found during an audit of a school building project conducted pursuant to this chapter if the Commissioner of Administrative Services determines that granting such waiver is in the best interest of the state.(P.A. 11-61, S. 130; P.A. 13-247, S. 200.)History: P.A. 11-61 effective July 1, 2011; pursuant to P.A. 13-247, 'Commissioner of Construction Services' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Commissioner of Administrative Services', effective July 1, 2013.
