Any school building committee established by a town or regional school district to undertake a school building project, as defined in section 10-282, shall include (1) at least one member who has experience in the construction industry, and (2) the chairperson of the local or regional board of education, or the chairperson's designee, for the school district of such school building project.(July Sp.
