For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, and each fiscal year thereafter, the State Education Resource Center shall annually submit a yearly budget, projected revenue statement and financial audit to the State Board of Education and the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a.(P.A. 14-212, S. 4.)History: P.A. 14-212 effective June 13, 2014.
