There is established a fund to be known as the 'Tourism Fund' which shall be a separate, nonlapsing fund. The fund shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the fund.(June Sp. Sess. P.A. 17-2, S. 639.)History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 17-2 effective October 31, 2017.
