The Department of Economic and Community Development is designated as the state agency for the reception and disbursement of federal, state and private moneys or other property made available on or after July 1, 1965, for the purpose of fostering the arts within the authority of the department, in accordance with the standard state fiscal procedures.(February, 1965, P.A. 579, S. 6; 1967, P.A. 155, S. 2; P.A. 74-210, S. 2; June 30 Sp.
