The Office of Early Childhood, in collaboration with the State Department of Education, may offer from funds which may originate from public, private, federal or philanthropic sources, a competitive grant for up to three alliance school districts to develop and implement a strategy to promote the social and emotional well-being and health of preschool children from age three to children in third grade, with a focus on instructional tools and family engagement.
