The Board of Regents for Higher Education shall develop and implement, not later than December 1, 2011, a plan for maintaining the distinct missions of the Connecticut State University System, the regional community-technical college system and Charter Oak State College and report on such plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and appropriations in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a not later than January 1, 2012, and annually thereafter.(P.A. 11-48, S. 230.)History: P.A. 11-48 effective July 1, 2011.
