The Office of Higher Education and the constituent units of the state system of higher education, as defined in section 10a-1, may each establish guidelines that encourage institutions of higher education in this state to implement programs that reduce the cost of textbooks and other educational resources for students.(P.A. 17-130, S. 1.)History: P.A. 17-130 effective January 1, 2018.
