§ 10a-257

The corporation shall develop a plan for implementing the purposes of sections 10a-250 to 10a-263, inclusive, with respect to hospital facilities used by or in the operation of outpatient practices related to the hospital or in the practices of medical, dental or related health professionals related to the hospital. The hospital shall provide funds to the corporation for the development of such a plan. The corporation shall submit its plan or any revised plan to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management for approval. The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management may review and evaluate any plan or revised plan submitted by the corporation pursuant to this section and, if in the sole determination of the secretary such plan or revised plan is consistent with the purposes of said sections, which determination shall not be subject to other review and shall be legally conclusive for purposes of this section, may approve any such plan or revised plan. Upon receipt by the corporation of written approval of such a plan but in no event prior to December 1, 1988, the powers and purposes of the corporation may be implemented in accordance with such plan pursuant to a
