Upon complaint of the State Librarian, the Attorney General shall replevy any public records which have been unlawfully transferred or removed in violation of sections 1-18, 1-210, 7-109, 11-8 and 11-8a. Such public records shall be returned to the office of origin and safeguards shall be established to prevent further recurrence of unlawful transfer or removal.(P.A. 84-251.)Cited. 216 C. 253.
