§ 12-81y

Any municipality, by vote of its legislative body or, in a municipality where the legislative body is a town meeting, by vote of the board of selectmen, may abate up to one hundred per cent of the property taxes due, for any assessment year commencing on or after October 1, 2001, with respect to a new school bus, as defined in section 14-275.(P.A. 00-192, S. 50, 102.)History: P.A. 00-192 effective July 1, 2000.
