The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall have power to enforce the provisions of this chapter and sections 12-129b to 12-129d, inclusive, and may make all necessary regulations for that purpose and for carrying out, enforcing and preventing violations of all or any of the provisions of said chapter and sections.(P.A. 74-55, S. 12, 14; P.A. 77-614, S. 139, 610; P.A. 79-610, S. 3, 47; P.A. 80-483, S. 52, 186; P.A. 81-472, S. 14, 159.)History: P.A. 77-614 substituted commissioner of revenue services for tax commissioner, effective January 1, 1979; P.A. 79-610 substituted secretary of the office of policy and management for commissioner of revenue services in enforcement provision, effective July 1, 1980, but retained commissioner as authority for extending application period; P.A. 80-483 made technical changes; P.A. 81-472 deleted the reference to time extensions for applications filed in 1974.
