§ 12-204g

The Commissioner of Revenue Services may prescribe regulations and make rulings, not inconsistent with law, to carry into effect the provisions of sections 12-204, 12-204c to 12-204g, inclusive, 12-212, and 12-212a, which regulations or rulings, when reasonably designed to carry out the intent and purpose of said sections, shall be prima facie evidence of its proper interpretation.
