The commissioner shall have power to prescribe such forms as may be necessary under this chapter. He may exchange information with the authorities of other states, territories, the federal government, the District of Columbia and foreign countries and governmental subdivisions thereof, under reciprocal arrangements.(1949 Rev., S. 2046; September, 1957, P.A. 13, S. 5.)
