§ 13a-104

Whenever any borough has assumed the care of the highways and sidewalks within its limits and the authorities of such borough fail to keep such highways and sidewalks in good and sufficient repair, the same proceedings may be had against such borough and the authorities thereof, to secure the repair of such highways and sidewalks, as are provided for in section 13a-103.(1949 Rev., S. 2128; 1958 Rev., S. 13-12 (b); 1963, P.A. 226, S. 104.)History: 1963 act replaced previous provisions: See title history.
