Any person who operates a car-wash installation shall provide means, including but not limited to sanding, to correct any hazardous icy condition on the street or highway adjacent to such place of business arising from such operation. Any such person who does not correct such hazardous icy condition within twenty-four hours after notice from the local police authority, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars.(1971, P.A. 357.)
