§ 13a-147

Any highway or bridge which has been injured by traffic detoured by the commissioner from a state highway or bridge, while such state highway or bridge is being constructed, repaired or reconstructed, shall be restored by the commissioner to a condition as good as before such traffic was detoured.(1949 Rev., S. 2261; 1958 Rev., S. 13-142; 1963, P.A. 226, S. 147.)History: 1963 act replaced previous provisions: See title history.
