The Commissioner of Transportation shall not exercise his authority under sections 13a-80a to 13a-80f, inclusive, if any loss of revenues granted or to be granted from any agency or department of the federal government for the state highway involved or any other state highway shall be incurred thereby.(1969, P.A. 549, S. 8.)
