The employees formerly assigned duties connected with livery service under chapter 244b shall be transferred from the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to the Department of Transportation pursuant to section 4-38d.(P.A. 80-372, S. 6; 80-482, S. 3, 40, 345, 348; P.A. 11-80, S. 1.)History: P.A. 80-482 deleted 'division of public utility control within the department of business regulation' and substituted 'department of public utility control'; pursuant to P.A. 11-80, 'Department of Public Utility Control' was changed editorially by the Revisors to 'Public Utilities Regulatory Authority', effective July 1, 2011.
