Connecticut Title 13b — Connecticut law

The commissioner may apply for and accept on behalf of the state any grants from the federal government or any agency thereof, or from any foundation, corporation, association or individual, for any of the functions or purposes of the department, and may expend any money so received to effect any of such functions or purposes. The powers granted under this section shall be in addition to and shall in no way limit the authority granted in part I of chapter 240 or any other provision of law.(1969, P.A. 768, S. 53.)
