Each railroad which receives a subsidy in any amount from the state of Connecticut and picks up or discharges passengers within the state of Connecticut shall provide complete scheduling and connecting information to each individual who requests information concerning passenger rail service. Such information shall provide an individual with the knowledge to enable such individual to travel by rail between any point in Connecticut served by a passenger-carrying railroad and any other point which is served by a passenger-carrying railroad.(P.A. 79-291.)
