§ 13b-234-formerly-sec-16-75i

When the facilities of a railroad are acquired, and operation of such railroad is continued, by any person, trustee, receiver, railroad company, public authority or other authority constituting a body corporate and politic, the on-train employees of such railroad shall retain all of their employees' rights and benefits to which they were entitled prior to such acquisition. For the purposes of this section, on-train employees means trainmen, firemen or engineers.
