Any person, firm or corporation owning a railroad station in use as such in this state shall comply with all structural guidelines and standards for railroad stations, established by the Department of Transportation, concerned with, but not limited to, the health, safety and security of all individuals using such stations.(P.A. 79-164; P.A. 03-115, S. 77; 03-278, S. 35.)History: P.A. 03-115, effective October 1, 2003, and P.A. 03-278, effective July 9, 2003, made identical technical change.
