The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall suspend for a period of two months the motor vehicle operator's license of any person who possesses a counterfeit or altered motor vehicle operator's license containing a photograph of such person. Upon such suspension or revocation of a motor vehicle operator's license, the commissioner shall comply with the provisions of section 14-111. Such aggrieved person shall have all the prescribed rights outlined in said section 14-111.(P.A. 93-315, S. 2.)
